1. Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions for Returns:
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Must include original tags and proof of purchase
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Heavily discounted items (20% OFF or more)
  • Buy X Get Y Free offers
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable or personal care products

  • Mention your Order ID, your Name, and details of the issue
  • If approved,ย Weโ€™ll provide you with a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send back your package.โ€
  • Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues

  • Check your order upon delivery.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos.
  • We will replace or exchange the product at no additional cost.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchanges only if:
  • A defective item was delivered
  • A wrong item was sent

We do not exchange for:

  • Change of mind
  • Material, color, or size dissatisfaction (details are provided in the product description)
  • Claims made after 3 days of delivery
  • Items already exchanged once
  • Heavily discounted items or promotional offers

Exchange Terms:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • You must select a replacement product within 3 days after delivery
  • One exchange per order is allowed

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item was defective/damaged before delivery and returned immediately

  • No refunds for items damaged by the customer

5. Delivery & Parcel Guidelines

  • Cash on Delivery Orders:
  • Payment must be completed before opening the package
  • If the packaging is damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order during 9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM
  • Do not tip delivery personnel

6. Color & Description Disclaimer

  • Product colors may slightly differ due to lighting, screen settings, or camera quality
  • Handcrafted/hand-painted products may have minor variations in size, weight, or finish โ€” these are not defects
  • Decorative elements like stones or sequins may loosen despite careful packaging
